Robust shaftless spiral conveyors

Mantika’s robust shatfless spiral conveyors are engineered for the efficient handling of abrasive, cohesive, and bulky materials. These conveyors are particularly suited for transporting substances such as gravel, sand, rocks, slag, PET bottles, wood, biomass, wet waste, bentonite, and fine powders.

Vibro conveyors

Vibro conveyors feature two highly efficient externally mounted vibrators, that provide a unidirectional vibratory motion along the conveyor axis. With no screws, drag chains, bearing seals, or other internal moving parts, the units require little to no maintenance and are ideal for sanitary applications.

Conveying action is gentle, and because the product never comes in contact with moving parts, product degradation is virtually eliminated.

Engineered with only two moving parts, vibrators and isolators, the conveyors are economical to use, easy to clean, and simple to maintain with virtually no process downtime.

BIG-BAG unloading systems

BIG-BAG stations for filling bulk materials into high-volume bags (BIG-BAG) and emptying using shaftless spiral conveyors represent dust-free and efficient handling of bulk materials for users. Each BIG-BAG station is designed directly for a specific customer and therefore it is possible to produce many variants of BIG BAG stations for different dimensions, weights and types of bags (standard bags, bags with construction, conical bags and others).

In case it is necessary to continuously monitor the amount of transported material, we are using weighing conveyor. An electronic weighing system with a strain gauge enables precise monitoring of the amount of material being transported with high accuracy.
