Designed for performance and longevity

The materials may include sawdust, ash, gravel, sludge, glass shards, fertilizers, polyethylene granules, shredded polyethylene, cement, lime, putty, various food products (such as sugar, salt, chocolate pellets, flour, etc.), and many other bulk or sticky substances. Only high-quality materials are used in the manufacturing of the conveyors. Depending on the chemical properties of the transported product and the client’s preferences, the equipment can be made from carbon steel, stainless steel (AISI304, AISI316, AISI310), or from UHMWPE – a material with excellent wear resistance and sliding properties – which can also be used as a liner for metal conveyor casings. All of this ensures the high quality and reliability of the equipment produced. All products comply with EU requirements. The company closely collaborates with scientific institutions, metalworking companies, and raw material suppliers.

UAB Mantika Engineering represents FARMET, one of the leading developers and manufacturers of equipment for oilseed processing, vegetable oil refining, and compound feed extrusion. The technology of pressing plants developed in Farmet stands on more than two decades of experience in this field. The technology involves highly effective screw presses in various configurations, always adjusted and optimized for individual applications. The different modifications and possible arrangements of the presses provide a broad range of solutions for concrete requirements on the pressing process: from very small capacities for the pressing of special oilseeds to large facilities processing 1000 tons daily.
