What is the standard warranty period for conveyors, and can it be extended?

The standard warranty period is 12 months. If required, the warranty can be extended up to a maximum of 36 months. The extension is subject to an additional fee of approximately 5–8% of the purchase price for each extra 6-month period.

How quickly can your service team respond after a failure is reported?

Thanks to our flexible service organization, we can react very quickly after receiving a failure report. In urgent cases, technicians can be dispatched within minutes. Typically, service is provided on the next day, including weekends and public holidays.

Do you keep spare parts such as screws, pipes, and gear units available for immediate repairs?

Yes. For every customer using conveyors supplied by UAB Mantika Engineering, we maintain a stock of commonly used screw components. Currently, this includes around 25 screw diameters for ST and STN types.

Electric gear units are usually custom-made based on output speed and motor specifications. If a suitable unit is available in stock, it can be delivered immediately. Otherwise, delivery typically takes 3–7 days depending on size. For large gear units (over 100 kg), delivery times are agreed individually.

Is it possible to test how our material will be transported?

Yes. Using our ST and STN test conveyors, you can observe how your material behaves during transport. Various transport parameters and performance settings can also be tested.

Are these tests subject to a fee?
