Flexible shaftless spiral conveyors

Applications

Flexible shaftless spiral conveyors are particularly well-suited for material dosing into packaging systems and for loading/unloading BIG-BAGs in the food, chemical, and plastics industries. The bending radius is designed for each conveyor diameter to maintain the core operating principle—centring the shaftless spiral with the transported material. A single conveyor line can include multiple inlets and outlets, as well as several bends, depending on the physical properties of the material and the technological requirements.

Efficiency

Flexible shaftless spiral conveyors (Types SL, SLN, SLP) are used for transporting fine and lightweight materials, with conveying capacities ranging from 0.001 to 4 m³/h. The main advantage of these conveyors is their ability to bend, with a maximum length of up to 120 meters using only one power source, while maintaining precise dosing accuracy. The absence of intermediate bearings allows for up to 70% higher throughput compared to conventional screw conveyors with the same technical specifications.
